Team History

2010 would be the first year of the Atlanta Predators in the XFFL.

For the first time in league history a team would be forced out half way through a season.  After an 0-6 start, the Glendale Nighthawks and Adam Barnhardt were given the boot for their dismal performances.  They would be replaced immediately by Josh Hopper and the Philadelphia Blizzard.  This would be the Blizzard’s second stint in the XFFL.

The most successful team in XFFL history, the Cincinnati Dragons, would be moved north to Columbus after the 2010 season.

Tampa Bay wasn’t the answer to the question Owner Dave Hopper was searching for as he was looking for the proper city to call home for his XFFL franchise.
